"How sweden became a gangster's paradise"
The author (although he doesn't use his pen-name here) is the heroic Fjordman. In his usual, understated way, he just lays out the facts.
Choice excerpt:
Almost all gang members in Sweden are either first- or second-generation immigrants, usually with a background from the islamic world or africa. Although many politicians may not like to admit it, this problem was largely imported.
Jama Omar, a somali immigrant who resides in the troubled stockholm suburb of rinkeby, lost his son to a fatal shooting in august 2021. So far, the police have not arrested anyone. Omar told the newspaper aftonbladet that he does not believe that the legal system in sweden works. Omar blamed racism from swedes for why many somali immigrants have been killed in gang-related crimes, adding:"shootings are happening all over sweden, but have hit the somali community extra hard. the state is responsible for the safety of residents, but we do not consider our children to be included in that protection."
Emphasis added. Translation: You racist swedes aren't protecting us from the way we behave in our s--thole-countries of origin.

While I'm at it: In february 2017, Mark Steyn and Christopher Caldwell spoke at a two-day hillsdale college event in phoenix. (I attended.) While they were co-located, Steyn did a private ~hour-long interview with Caldwell somewhere on the event hotel's grounds, focusing on Caldwell's 2009 book Reflections on the Revolution in Europe: Islam Immigration and the West.
Steyn has just reposted the interview:
I especially call attention to Steyn's current (2023) foreword, taking up the first ~two minutes. He focuses on the single most startling fact from Caldwell's book, the same fact I emphasize in discussing the book. I also strongly recommend Steyn's afterword, starting at about 48:30 and going for about eight minutes.
Moslems lie like blacks then?I knew that from their slogan,"The world's most peaceful religion".

The American gangsters of the 1920's and 30's were immigrants as well. The immigration wave of the early 20th century gifted the USA with organized crime and Communism (the latter ringing down the curtain on the country after a century of battle). -RM
ReplyDeleteIf you don't like Sweden then Somalia will be better. They are a proud people with a proud past. Be proud and be Somali in Somalia. What else do these people need to know.
ReplyDelete"this problem was largely imported."
ReplyDeleteThat one Swedish retired police chief said that in thirty years of his experience he could not recall a single instance of a car being torched. Now on some particular days over a hundred cars are torched in one night. Sweden gone I am afraid.
