GRA: Every one of them is black now—not that I watch one second of it. This crap pops up on google headlines.
“(usa today) the batchelorette is set to return for its 20th season on abc.
“the star of the show this season is Charity Lawson, a child and family therapist from Columbus, Georgia.
“the 27-year-old was first introduced into the franchise in season 27 of the bachelor, which saw Zach Shallcross get engaged to Kaity Biggar” [rhymes with nig…].

20 YEARS? TWENTY-SEVEN YEARS??? TV shows used to struggle to survive; a prime time show had to draw at least 20 million viewers a week to stay on- do you think that many people watch this garbage? STAR TREK and TWILIGHT ZONE, to name two, never had "good" ratings while they were on the air, at least per Nielsen (which only measured about 1200 households, but was the Bible as far as the networks were concerned), and only lasted due to positive fan mail. It says volumes about how far we've fallen that THE SIMPSONS is now the longest-running network show ever. (The real winner, in reality, is GUNSMOKE- and always will be. Twenty years in tough competition and through times of incredible cultural change!) -RM

ReplyDeleteThe one thing that makes a black one interesting is will she pick a White guy over a black guy?
If she has two brain cells bumping into each other occasionally, she will.

Never watched ANY of those "reality" TV shows and never will.
