  1. The refrain of any members of the family of guys like the deceased perp, has now been whittled into this:"He had issues--he didn't deserve to die."
    (Caution:lawsuit in preparation.)
But would you call the shape the guy was in--living?

    "Paul Lynde to block."

"Paul,if you're attacked on the street,is it okay to defend yourself,if you're White?

    "Yes,but only if the other guy's a honkey too(laughs)."

    "Can you defend yourself,if attacked?"

    "I'll say,yes--of course."

    "I agree."

"No--you are not--only if your attacker IS a honkey--I mean White--circle gets the square."

  2. "targeted for killing an attacker"

It looks like he is not being charged for the killing, per se. Not yet anyway. He's being charged for possessing weapons illegally.

"The shooter has a weapons permit for a shotgun and a rifle, but it does not cover the pistol used in the shooting nor did he have a concealed carry permit.

A judge, who has since recused herself, signed off on a search warrant of Foehner's home, which led to a discovery of more than two dozen unlicensed firearms.

On Thursday evening Foehner was charged with 25 counts of criminal weapons possession, according to the police."

Has there ever been a serious court challenged to all the anti-2A gun laws in NY? They seem very restrictive. Hard to believe they would all be found compatible with the 2A.

  3. Good shoot. Not even a case. Dark. Bad guy was up to no good. Senior citizen under attack, backing away on the defensive. Bad guy continues to approach, sharp object in his hand.

Good shoot. Anyone want to be stabbed with "just" a pen a few times?

    No case.
