Should Drivers be Allowed to Plow Forward if You are Illegally Protesting on the Interstate? (Video)

By N.S.

Since the “protesters” are illegally blocking the road, drivers have a legal right to plow through them. The two problems are: 1. The terrorists’ refusal to obey the traffic laws, and the authorities’ refusal to enforce the law.

  1. The "protesters" are breaking the law and the cops won't arrest them.

    What's a driver to do?
Look at it this way, what if antifa/blm refused to let an ambulance go through the crowd?

That ambulance SHOULD run over as many as necessary--and it would be completely warranted.

If you don't move voluntarily--you GET moved.

Now if it were citizens blocking a shipment of Mex, Haitians of Moslems...Well, in that case it would be a righteous cause but I don't know if I'd put my body out there. Maybe a spike strip or shooting out the tires...

  4. I have always been under the impression that it is illegal, no matter what the circumstances to block the forward progress of another person, whether on the road or in the street or on the sidewalk

That is always called false imprisonment and you can go to jail for it doing that sort of thing on the federal highway like the interstate makes it even worse crime probably a civil rights violation

    1. Except when 50 cops have to go against a few hundred blacks(and the cops KNOW many of them have guns)they say,"this is not worth arresting anyone for."

So you bring in the national guard and do what you have to do.
