Incredible.
I grew up in Prince George's County.
I remember only seeing county police every few weeks as they drove around county roads.
I also delivered newspapers when I was a teenager.
I would awaken well before dawn in order to deliver The Washington Post.
Never, ever saw cops when I was riding my bike in the pre-dawn hours.
Never.
Things have changed.
What good does it do top have camera even if in the billions if the miscreants are not put away for a long time? None!
