Dallas police have identified the third victim of a shooting at a Far North Dallas apartment complex that left three people dead and two others wounded.
Cesar Birrueta Soto killed in the Jan. 6 shooting, police said Friday. Queidin Flores, 29, and Stanley Chachagua, 22, also were slain.

    Yep, drugging and retribution of some sort gang rivalry and yes, what is the immigration status? I always ask that, but never get a correct answer.
