    He was admitted 10 times in the last 12 years,so what can be said?

    I notice all these newspapers have taken after the ny times in charging for access to their stories--a DOLLAR--for this particular rag.

    Thanks to Thomas Szasz and other leaders of the anti-institutionalization movement for shutting down mental hospitals decades ago. Now there aren't long-term facilities for cases like this.
