  1. In black law,"Solving and prosecuting ALL crime is a waste of resources."

    Unless it's against Whitey.

  2. Fighting an international criminal conspiracy is not a waste of time. That shoplifted stuff is not one item here and two items here. Big time retail theft that containers full of swag sent overseas daily.

  3. ILLINOIS HEADED TO THE SAME "bLACK LAW" INSANITY AS NYC--WILL RELEASE FELONS IN A MONTH
(fox-chicago)On January 1st, 2023, Illinois jails will turn many prisoners loose

An Illinois criminal justice reform law will do away with the cash bail system on January 1st, 2023, which means suspects charged with certain felonies — including second-degree murder, aggravated battery, and arson — will be released without bail.

GRA:I can only laugh(derisively)at this sh*t now.Whoever voted the law in(i.e.politicians)need to be removed from office--physically--and treated to the same crimes that the criminals committed(which qualified them for the greybar hotel in the first place).

  4. Sorry, GRA. It wasn't plagiary; call it, "Great minds think alike." I just changed the headline, and then, about a minute later, I saw and posted your comment.

  5. This is nothing short of a negro 'reign of terror', across every neighborhood of a city that once used to function.
This Supremacist SOB has effectively declared war on not only the major chains - who have been closing one location after the other, after seeing losses of thousands per week ('they have insurance' was the BLM mantra after the summer 2020 looting/arson rampages) - but also destroyed small businesses (many minority-run) across the city.
Hundreds of owners/employees at these places have been - and continue to be - robbed, assaulted, stabbed, killed - and this POS 'DA' seems not to give a shit (not a ONE of these establishments is, after all, 'black-owned').
When the top 'prosecutorial official' of NYC effectively says: 'just let them all go...we are not going to bring charges, try them or jail them' - you would have to be an idiot not to understand what this means:
'Got a business, trying to make a living to support a family, provide a service (and employment) to the community? FUCK YOU - you can expect JACK SHIT from this office (and therefore the NYPD): no one will help you, you are on your own.
Every black criminal - with 30, 40, 50+ 'prior arrests' on rap sheets that go on for pages - is suffering the residual systemic societal effects of 'racism', has been 'traumatized' by his immense 'personal deprivations', and is ENTITLED to ROB, STEAL, ASSAULT.
He's just getting his own 'personal reparations' - and there's not a fck'g thing you can do about (but close-up shop, and get the hell out of dodge).

In the progressive paradise of Oregon they simply dismiss cases en masse due to lack of public defenders: https://news.yahoo.com/oregon-public-defender-shortage-nearly-201545585.html
You know that career burglar that was breaking into homes in your neighborhood? Well, he's back on the street with no fear of being sent to jail. 300 criminals (in Portland, over 700 statewide) have had their cases dismissed and are now back on the streets shoplifting, burglarizing or god knows what else due to a shortage of public defenders. Why is there a shortage? It's explained somewhat in this paragraph:

Oregon's public defense system is unique in that it's the only one in the country to rely entirely on contractors. Cases are doled out to either large nonprofit defense firms, small cooperating groups of private defense attorneys that contract for cases or independent attorneys who can take cases at will.

Doesn't tell us how such a system came about but I suspect it has something to do with the stranglehold Democrats have on politics in this state for the last 50 yrs or so. Things won't change soon because a new wave of Woke liberals have been elected into office with Tina Kotek at the top. That dyke doesn't even bother to pretend that the White middle class matters more than her identity politics obsessed constituents. I vote against 90% of the bond measures that get onto our ballots but if I saw something to fund public defenders, I might vote for it.

Dems have majority in both houses. If they vote as a bloc [which I suspect they do], they can enact almost any agenda they want.

Dems have OR, WA and CA wrapped up more or less forever.
