    Five years to get these thugs in prison,while in the meantime,hundreds of crimes are taking place.Either speed up the process and build more prisons--or deport them--to an electric chair.

    Correct. Twenty years but the bad guy will probably not spend but a small portion of that sentence. Will get out for triple good behavior and such.
