channel 2′s Tom Regan was in jackson county [georgia], where police said the suspect, identified as 24-year-old Volodymyr Ionashku, followed the 17-year-old as she drove home from work for 11 miles to the subdivision she lives.

    The teen’s father got several traffic citations. Investigators are looking at bringing additional charges against the suspect, including felony stalking.

    GRA:Who's going to pay more in fines--dad or the perp?The father should have NO tickets--under the circumstances.
