    The 13 y/o is a boy -- the teacher is gay, and has a YT channel -- while commenting is not possible on some of the videos, I left a comment on one of them -- here.

    Check to see if that is a federal offense. Those electronic smart phone impulses [I am assuming it was a smart phone might have taken a path through routers located in another state. Even across the ocean you bet. Crossing interstate lines to commit a felony. Throw the entire book[?] at them.
