monkeypox
Years ago, writing in National Review, I described AIDS as the "first politically protected disease in history." Now we have a second. We read here that the cdc is demanding that we approach monkeypox "without stigma and without discrimination." The cdc and who are not calling on homos to stop engaging in their characteristic dangerous activity. They aren't calling for the outlawing of homo gatherings, where all sorts of diseases are freely spread. "They" aren't serious about doing the things necessary to halt the spread of this disease.

"So far all patients in that country are men, and many have described attending two venues and gay saunas before contracting the rash. "
ReplyDeleteIf ALL the infected ARE gay men that got the disease from "close contact" then it is reasonable to say it is a gay disease spread by gays.
Like with HIV. Not totally a gay disease but predominantly so.
"Close contact". Indeed. Surely gays engage in the closest of contact man with man. They are just no shaking hands.
