Race is a social construct.
How do we know he was White?
Was he carrying a "ghost" gun?
Well, he couldn't have been because guns are black, not white.
Unlike the decedent.
Very very rare for such an event to occur in Naperville. Naperville in DuPage county, right next to Cook County. About 5 million persons in Cook county with about 700 murders a year in Chicago alone. DuPage county about 1 million person with about ten murders per year.
