black mayors fight black crime…with rhetoric!

Similar to “THIS MUST STOP”—not effective at all in dissuading blacks (nothing does). #3 on my list of evolving mayoral comments, as black crime increases in their city.

#1: This is not who we are—this is a safe city.

#2: “We will create a committee to come up with ideas to address the increased crime.”

#3: “THIS MUST STOP!”

#4: Mayor refrains from commenting on crime, allowing “black law” to rule the city.
