Preet Bharara, who was U.S. attorney for much of the reign of Bill de Blah-Blah-Blah (Warren Wilhelm Jr.), and his successor, Geoffrey Berman, should both be disbarred and prosecuted for aiding and abetting de Blah-Blah-Blah, when Bharara refused to so much as investigate the criminal mayor, and Berman simply ignored the issue.
“Bill de Blasio still gets NYPD security, despite refusal to pay for misuse
“The ex-mayor continues to be chauffeured around by security detail, despite refusing to pay taxpayers back nearly $320K that city investigators say he owes for misusing the perk.”

If anyone remembers from a few months ago,I mentioned I thought the S&P was eventually going down to possibly 3800-4000.After a rally to 4600 from 4130,we look poised to do so in fairly short order(May,sometime).
ReplyDeleteWe broke below the 18 month moving average(at 4230)--and the last few times that's happened, the S&P dropped another 10% minimum.
Buckle up,but a counter rally should start at about 3800 to 3900.Imho.
If,somehow, this Russia/Ukraine War could resolve, there'd be a pretty good rally possible to old highs.
