    Any hate crime charges? Is he going to fry when convicted ?

    Assuming it's not a rhetorical question:

    link -- The death penalty in Wisconsin was repealed in 1853. It has had no death penalty for over 150 years, longer than any other state in the country.

    I doubt he will face federal charges of any kind; certainly not a federal capital charge.
