    NOT Chicago. Bradley IL. cop. Located near Kankakee. An hours drive south from Chicago by interstate. The local DA wants the feds to take jurisdiction and go for the death penalty. They can do so. I bet Garfinked AG nixes. Garfinkel = Garland.
