Malachi Mpata? And his immigration status is what again? He's 16 but being charged as an adult, so his photo has been released. Thanks to fox for putting it on the headline page. His victim was 15.

    The surname is Mpata is most common in the DRC and Malawi (link) -- probably a recent arrival or the child of recent arrivals.
