White Man in Grand Rapids Dies Weeks after Early Morning Assault by the Race that Usually Does these Things after Midnight (I’m Assuming)

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (wood) — Police are looking for whoever assaulted a man in downtown Grand Rapids earlier this month, causing his death.

Cody Lee Dahlquist, 22, died Sept. 22, the Grand Rapids Police Department said.

An undated photo of Cody Dahlquist courtesy his online obituary.

Police say Dahlquist was found injured around 1:15 a.m. Sept. 5 in the area of Monroe Avenue and West Fulton Street. Police say he had been assaulted. While the 911 call that drew officers to the scene reported he was unresponsive, he was conscious when police found him.

He was taken to the hospital, where he died two and a half weeks later.

Authorities say an autopsy found he died of craniocerebral trauma and the medical examiner ruled his death a homicide.

Police are looking for anyone who may have seen or knows anything about the assault, which is believed to have happened around 1:15 a.m. Sept. 5 in the area of 20 Monroe Live or the AC Hotel by Marriott. Anyone with information can call detective at 616.456.3380 or Silent Observer at 616.774.2345.

[GRA: Many blacks “hang out” around hotels such as Marriott, looking for trouble at these hours, mostly to rob, but also to kill.]

His online obituary says Dahlquist was originally from Coloma and graduated from Coloma High School in 2016. He left behind his parents, several siblings and a significant other.

[GRA: Assuming gay? May have been a motive for a black assault, if true—just a theory on all that.]

His death marks 11 homicides in Grand Rapids in 2021.

GRA: There have been shootings, but not as many deaths this year. The nigs had better aim last year.

Raceless woman in Texas is dragged to death by Samuel Jackson...or his evil twin: https://www.foxnews.com/us/texas-man-chased-carjacker-dragged-women
Judging from her name, she's actually hispanic but it appears all the players in this drama are, except for career criminal Marcus Wayne Brock, the negro killer. Weird grammatically disjointed article, that begins with a story about how two men attempted to murder Lewis Matos, the man who captured Brock, but failed. At least they supplied a clear photo of the perp so we know for certain it's the usual suspect.

Some happy news in the negro crime dept.: https://meaww.com/alex-binyam-abraha-alleged-intruder-mauled-to-death-by-homeowners-dogs-in-georgia
What's with the word "alleged"? A body mauled to death by pitbulls in property he didn't belong in is pretty damning. Check out this part of the article:

"No charges are expected against the homeowner. Authorities had seized the dogs as part of the investigation. It has not yet been determined what happens next for them".

What should happen to the dogs? How about praise, doggy treats and new toys!

  4. Creatures of the night do perpetrate a lot of crime during hours of darkness. When they should be at home and getting ready for bed to be rested when they begin work the next day. But then a lot of them don't work, do they?

  5. GIRLFRIEND OF GRAND RAPIDS HOMICIDE VICTIM SPEAKS ABOUT THE MURDER

    GRA:Scratch the gay theory.

    GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD)
The victim’s girlfriend Lindsay McIntyre said Cody Lee Dahlquist was in Grand Rapids visiting her from Kalamazoo and that the two were out celebrating a friend’s birthday.

McIntyre said she went home early without Dahlquist because she had work in the morning. When she woke up, she learned he’d been attacked and taken to the hospital.

“He is like the number one person who did not deserve this,” she said. “He’s so kind, he’s so sweet. He’s literally the type of person who’d give you his last $5, he would take the shirt off his back and give it to a complete stranger.”

(GRA:The thugs probably did both--took his last $5 and the shirt off his back.)

The victim’s online obituary says Dahlquist was originally from Coloma and graduated from Coloma High School in 2016. He left behind his parents, several siblings and a significant other(GRA:Who turned out to be FEMALE).

  6. Grand Rapids declares racism a public health crisis

The city of Grand Rapids has officially declared racism a public health crisis. The city commission approved this resolution last week. ... City officials say ultimately, racism is impacting the health of people who live in Grand Rapids. They say this is happening in a number of ways, including job discrimination, homeownership, physical health and education. ... Stacy Stout, the city’s director of equity and engagement, says it’s important to bring this issue to light. ... Stout also says that they plan to work with community organizations as well to make sure that they’re prioritizing diversity initiatives.

In browsing the major crime stories on woodtv.com, I cannot imagine what might be causing 'racism' in Grand Rapids -- but I'm glad they're planning to combat it via 'diversity initiatives' -- sounds unique -- will surely work.
