Today, October 20, is the 48th anniversary of the abduction of Quita and Richard Hague. Quita was hacked to death, Richard survived with grievous wounds.
It was the beginning of the so-called Zebra Murders of 1973-74 in San Francisco.
There used to be a remembrance on the steps of the San Francisco city hall every year on October 20.
Previously, on the Zebra Murders, at WEJB/NSU and The Zebra Project:
“Updated List of Nation of Islam Attacks on Whites”;
“The Zebra Murders: The First Victims?”
“Lest We Forget: Remembering the Zebra Victims”; and
“Domestic Terrorism: The Nation of Islam and the Zebra Murders.”
Yellow with the machete nearly took the head off Quita. The husband Richard was hacked up badly and survived. I hope he has done well as can be since those evil doings.
ReplyDeleteNONE of those Zebra killers must EVER get of prison. Stay in there till death.
Of the four convicted in the San Francisco killings, J.F.X Simon, Manuel Moore, and Jessie Lee Cooks have died in prison.
ReplyDeleteLarry Craig Green is the only one still living. Green was last denied parole in 2019. He comes up again in 2024 when he'll be 72.
Thank you for all your work on these ki!lings.
ReplyDeleteNicholas,
ReplyDeleteI just sent you an email about a news story (in an obscure local paper) about another victim of the noi serial killers.
Linda Diane Uhlig was abducted and hacked to death in March 1972.
