MSM HOAX?NNN/CNN BOTH PROCLAIM (BLACK)TEXAS SCHOOL SHOOTER "WAS BULLIED"--HE'S RELEASED FROM JAIL
ReplyDeleteGRA:I heard it first on Lesta Holt's lie-athon.
(CNN)The suspect in a shooting at a Texas high school that left four people injured was released on bail Thursday.
Timothy George Simpkins turned himself in to police after fleeing from Timberview High School in Arlington on Wednesday. He was booked on three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Simpkins was transferred to Tarrant County jail Thursday morning and released after posting $75,000 bail.
A 15-year-old who was shot in the incident was in critical condition and a 25-year-old who was shot was in "good condition," Arlington police spokesperson Tim Ciesco said in a statement Thursday afternoon.
A third victim was released from the hospital Wednesday and fourth person was treated at the scene, police previously said.
Arlington Assistant Police Chief Kevin Kolbye said Wednesday the shooting occurred after a fight broke out between students. In an arrest warrant released Thursday, police said a witness heard a teacher calling for help from another classroom and saw a fight between Simpkins and another student when she entered.
The witness helped break up the fight and "was able to control the other individual involved in the altercation," the arrest warrant states.
"When the witness turns around to check on Simpkins, Simpkins had produced a firearm. Upon seeing this firearm, the witness turned to run out of the classroom. The witness then heard three-to-four gunshots," the arrest warrant states.
(GRA:That isn't self defense.)
Another witness told police Simpkins grabbed the firearm from a backpack after the fight broke up. This witness said Simpkins shot seven to eight times, the arrest warrant states.
Simpkins shot the student with whom he was in a fight and one of the teachers attempting to break the fight up, according to the arrest warrant.
Simpkins' family said Wednesday he was a victim of bullying and had been robbed at school before.
“The decision he made, taking the gun, we’re not justifying that,” Carol Harrison Lafayette, a family member who spoke on behalf of Simpkins’ family outside their home Wednesday. “That was not right. But he was trying to protect himself."
GRA:No he wasn't--the "fight" was over.blacks can't have it both ways--can they?.The Michael Drejka case determined that one second after being violently pushed to the ground,Drejka could not shoot the negro who did it.
Here, long past fight time,Simpkins and famblee claim self defense.I repeat the question:you can't have it both ways---or can you nowadays,if black?
Stay tuned.
