“Never let a crisis go to waste.”

Don’t kid yourself.

The good ole’ US of A is just as corrupt as any banana republic.

Except we don’t grown bananas.

And we are no longer a republic.

  1. Many areas of the USA resemble a 3rd world country and have for some time. Go look up You Tube Kensington ave, Philadelphia and watch the videos. America and Americans lost for good a significant portion.

(StudyFinds.org) — Taking 7,000 steps a day during middle age can keep a person’s arteries healthy and reduce their risk of death by up to 70%, a new study concludes. The findings by researchers from across the United States suggest that this lower number is still enough to protect against serious heart complications — rather than the common recommendation of 10,000 steps per day.

The study examined a group of adults between 38 and 50 who took at least 7,000 steps daily – about three miles – and discovered that these individuals were much less likely to die over the next decade. Mortality rates among both White and Black participants fell by 63 and 70% respectively compared to their sedentary peers.

Study authors also identified a difference among men and women raising their daily step count. Deaths among men fell by 58% however, that rate jumped to 72% among women.

“This cohort study found that higher daily step volume was associated with a lower risk of premature all-cause mortality among Black and White middle-aged women and men,” lead author Dr. Amanda Paluch of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and her team writes in the journal JAMA Network Open.

Amish man walks twice as far per day as other white man in America. In 200 years, Amish, Mormons and Hasidic Jews will be the predominant white groups in America.

  4. In 200 years, I wonder if there will be any white people left in America--or the world. After we have imported the Turd World and made them the majority--don't expect they will offer us affirmative action. It may well be open season on whites. Any left will be wearing brown contact lenses to hide their blue eyes plus a liberal coating of Man Tan or whatever product makes you darker. Not a new thing--during the Taos Massacre, the Hispanic wife of either the governor or Kit Carson (I forget which) covered herself with dirt to look darker and escape murder by the rebelling Taos Pueblo Indians.
