OK, disclaimer here, I don't know who instigated it but since negroes are the instigators at least 90% of the time, I think it's a safe bet to say it probably wasn't the White woman.
You clearly see how the story is being unfairly slanted though, even with video evidence. The woman and the black man were arguing about something, she was telling him to "get out" and you could see him make a motion with his hand toward her face, unclear if he made contact but it looks like he probably did, she came back with a full slap on his head, he then went full chimpout mode and started swinging, her boyfriend (or the man next to her) tried to help out but ended up getting knocked back into the seats. The author of the "news" article is named Megan Turner from Outkick (whatever that is)and she's clearly putting full blame on the White woman.
Defunded--not enough money to prosecute hate crimes--perpetrated against Whites.The new (black)justice system,not only defunded(for prosecuting blacks),but destabilized,delegitimized and decriminalized.
