My local news, wood, of course, had a pool report from nbc about the naming of a navy ship, the “John Lewis,” but reporter Alexandra Limon twice called him JOE Lewis during the reverential narration. She also did a lot of moaning about a Lewis-named voting bill--which would theoretically allow blacks to vote “easier.”
Fortunately, she also divulged, “the bill had little chance of passing.”
A John Lewis voting bill…
Voting so easy--a caveman could do it? Yes.
A negro? Probably not--unless crayons are passed out.

Lots of nonsense about how difficult it is to get an ID for voting. My mother never had a driver's license and she didn't live near a copy center. However, she always had an ID--and even a passport as my parents once took a vacation in Europe. AND she always voted. Of course DemonRats always oppose requiring ID to vote for the obvious reason--it makes it harder for them to cheat. And cheating is something which comes naturally for DemonRats. I knew several who cheated on their taxes--but always voted for fellow tax-raising rats. They just expected honest conservatives to get stuck paying the taxes.

ReplyDeleteNever understood any of that HOW HARD IT IS to get ID either. Mostly just from laziness I suppose.
