The linked Daily Mail story by Adam Schrader is as chaotic as the goings-on it describes.
Meanwhile, the tabloid seems to have fired its copyeditors and proofreaders. Thus, we get one violent criminal referred to as “Gregory Conwell,” but two paragraphs later as “Cornell.”
Nowhere in the entire “thing” do we see the names “Mayor Bill de Blasio” or “Police Commissioner Dermot Shea” so much as mentioned.
And whoever did the captions just ran the same ones, or slight variations, over and over again.
“People gather in Washington Square Park, Manhattan, New York, where police did not enforce a 10pm curfew on Friday” (identical caption used three times).
“Revelers party in Washington Square Park on Friday after violent clashes broke out between park goers and police when the curfew was enforced last weekend” (identical caption used four times).
Note too that “revelers” and partiers” are synonyms. Thus, the caption above is not only repetitious, but redundant.
“Chaos in Manhattan: As a violent mob runs riot again in Washington Square Park, party promoter behind out-of-control raves tells fed-up residents to LEAVE if they don't like it •
“The landmark park has been plagued by noisy parties with complaints becoming so bad the NYPD imposed a 10 p.m. curfew two weeks ago that lifted Saturday
• “On Saturday a walker was beaten and mugged of his phone, two people were knifed in a brawl, and a 77 year-old cook had his head gashed open
• “The park has been described by the new york post as ‘ground zero for the city’s descent into crime and chaos’
• “Regular rave organizer David ‘Shaman’ Ortiz, 28, - who lives in Queens - has since dismissed his critics as ‘Karens and Kevins’ who want to ‘steal joy’
• “In a recent Instagram story, Ortiz also referred to the NYPD as ‘the biggest gang in New York’
“Last week, when the NYPD arrested 22 people when enforcing the 10 p.m. curfew while the violent mob injured five officers, according to the new york post.” [N.S.: Where’s the copyeditor?!]
N.S.: If communist kleptocrat Bill de Blasio (Warren Wilhelm Jr.) didn’t worship the rule of crime, he’d have ordered the NYPD to arrest David Ortiz for inciting riots, for violating the civil riots of people seeking to peaceably use the park, and for illegally engaging in whatever it is he’s making money off of (whether selling drugs, booze, food, you name it), and rigidly enforced the park’s curfew.
Note that what crime entrepreneur David Ortiz told homeowners complaining of the chaos he rained down on them--leave, if you don't like it--is the exact same thing that "America's cop," Bill Bratton, told Los Angelenos who complained of chaos from illegal aliens.
Why do the people who obey the law have to leave? It's the lawbreakers who are not playing well with others--there's zero reason to bend over backwards to let minorities destroy peace and quiet--and the neighborhoods we live in.But if "the powers that be" decriminalize everything that minorities do,what the cops are saying is the truth:if you want peace--you'll have to go elsewhere, because our hands are tied by nig*er loving politicians.
ReplyDeleteBut it shouldn't be like that.

"the NYPD arrested 22 people when enforcing the 10 p.m. curfew while the violent mob injured five officers,"
ReplyDeleteArrested but I bet charges will be dropped. NYC is very liberal.
To add to my comment above, blacks yell for equality every time someone gives them a microphone and a platform, but "equality" does NOT mean that we havd to allow minorities to do whatever the hell they want. That's not equality--that's stupidity--on OUR part.
ReplyDeleteThe blacks,on the other hand, see it 180° differently.THEY think equality is never having to hear the words,"You're under arrest."That's it in a nutshell.
This war will go on until a rule of law(or lack of it)is decided on.
