That's what my former brother-in-law, a retired PhD in the life sciences (University of Maryland), called the National Institutes of Health (NIH), thanks to all its affirmative action jobs.
I made a cursory pass at his C.V.
Lots of bull--it government and non-profit jobs.
"Director of Educational Methodology and Social Psychosis." [?!]
Or some other "STEM" bull--it.
If he was so smart, he would have dozens of patents and papers to his name.
But he is not smart.
Much less talented.
Imagine how incompetent and ridiculously stupid you must be--as a black--to be dumped from your job in these times.Why Whites would want to protect them from firing is another mind blowing puzzler that I can't even pretend to answer logically.

OH, thanks to good old Kamau we are all saved. And Google refuses to FIRE the man? Diversity chief must be kept on the payroll to keep the diversity numbers up I guess.
