Judges are the worst tyrants in this country. When we get our country back there is a long list of judges who must be removed. The whole idea of a slimy lawyer putting on a black robe and transforming into a little tyrant needs to be changed. Lawyers are second only to used car salesmen in integrity--yet for some reason we allow them to act like kings. Judges need to be slapped down and put in their place--including the corrupt cowards on the Supreme Court.
We will keep you for a while until trial. Then if you are found innocent we will release you. But you have already served time in jail even if not guilty. The kings of old used to do that to their opponents.
When you commit a whole series of crimes, particularly ones that obstruct the functioning of the government, you should NEVER do it on camera, you should NEVER be arrogant about it, and you should NEVER brag about how you have tricked Law Enforcement.
As a lawyer, my prediction is that he will NOT be released before trial and that he will get about Ten (10) years in prison.
