  1. I remember Maya Angelou and her poem, "The Rock, the Tree, and the Turd." But she's black, so you're not supposed to say the truth about her "art."

  2. Saw a couple sentences--if she was on "America's Got Talent",I'd have given her the buzzer.

I'd like to apply for White poet laureate, with this:
    (clear throat)

    "Joe"(Biden)

A sunny day,it was by chance
To no one's shock--Joe peed his pants
The next day came, the rain did dance
And once again,Joe peed his pants

The sky was dark, the wind it blew
And Joe had soaked his pants leg through
The weather changed--we took a glance
    Joe,sure enough,had peed his pants

When Kamala slid upon a fecal log
    Joe,quickly lied,"It was the dog."
    The current joke--'bout the President
"You know where he is--just by the scent."

    But the other joke
    'mongst all his friends
    Will Joe soak his pants?
    It all Depends.

    Thank you.

  3. Brings to mind another lauded literary giant - 'Ta-Nehisi' Coates (Ta-Nehisi - Egyptian trans: 'land of the black') - whose admitted greatest writing influence was comic books.
Trying to read anything this guy has been 'universally praised' for, is like slogging through some schizophrenic's racist diatribe.
If he hadn't won the MacArthur 'Genius' Fellowship award ($625K) - which began an avalanche of stupid people throwing money at him for years - he looks like he'd gladly kill you:

This nation has truly become an 'Idiocracy' at this point.

  4. Maya wrote five auto-biographies of herself. She must have been so important.

  5. GRAND RAPIDS NAMES "BLACK POET LAUREATE" TOO--I HATE GRAND RAPIDS

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Grand Rapids native Kyd Kane lives for poetry.

“Every single day of my life is centered around a poetry-related thing,” the spoken word poet, whose legal name is Ericka Thompson, said.

She was recently named Grand Rapids’ poet laureate. She’s the first Black woman to hold the position, which she said is “huge.”

“Time to elevate all the voices that have been silenced before,” she said.

GRA:And silence Whites.I really despise living here now.Breonna Taylor Way,Rosa Parks Circle,a filthy ghetto overspreading the city,a black police chief--and now a black poet laureate.
