Trump Could “Pocket Veto” Stimulus Bill

A little bit of political trickery could send the bill into the dumpster. Trump can choose not to sign a bill for 10 days—after that it becomes law. That example, however, is only if Congress is in session all ten of those days. If they’re not, a pocket veto kills the bill.

That’s how I interpret what I’ve read about it, and Congressman Biggs is pushing for Trump to do just that. --GRA
