Driver Hit Speeds Near 100 MPH before Crash, Police Say

Police say the driver was traveling at nearly 100 mph before crashing into a tree. The kids, ages 1 and 3, were not in car seats.

    When inebriated,Mex often see TWO 50 MPH speed limit signs,instead of one.They add the two signs up and think they should go 100.Simple mistake.
