Yet Another black Racist Gets a Free Hate Crime

“At that point, he — unsuccessfully — tried to spit on me and called me ‘white trash.’”

Merritt then allegedly picked up a brick and lunged, “aiming for my head,” according to Goncharov and prosecutors.

GRA: A hate crime? Or NOT a hate crime? Sounds like it won’t be—because blackie is the perp. Yet elsewhere, a White woman IS charged with a hate crime for throwing a bottle at (and missing) a black jogger, as she ran past. Do “black committed hate crimes” even exist anymore on the police books? They sure do for Whitey.
