    "Officers said there is no ongoing threat to the community."
    Are you kidding me?The ongoing threat is ALWAYS present as long as "Curtis Simms types" or "Jacob Blake types" are running around your city.
    ANOTHER overused phrase.In fact,do police or media ever say,"watch out,there's an ongoing threat?"
    No...everything is always peaceful in niggaville(sarcasm).
