Md. Trooper being Dragged Down I-95 Shoots, Kills Suspected Impaired Driver, Police Say

Troopers found multiple alcohol containers inside the car and a machete under the driver's seat. Maryland State Police say the trooper is being investigated by the department's Homicide Unit.
