NFL's Mike Ditka blasts kneelers: "If you can't respect our national anthem, get the hell out of the country"
|
Ditka would be fired from ESPN if he said that today--i f he was employed there like he used to be.I would loved to have heard the Ditka of age 60 say this now. However, anything he says at 80,means little to MSM or twentysomethings.I agree with him of course, but I wouldn't be listened to either--except at the voting booth.

Mike is right. GOD bless.
ReplyDeleteI don't know what the cutoff age is anymore, but as was said in the late 60s,"don't trust anyone over 30,"may apply now to some extent.
ReplyDeleteIf you don't agree with liberal philosophy--and you're over a certain age--you are immediately made invisible(especially if white).
Many of the people protesting FOR blm ARE whites--and they're in their 20s.They're not about to listen to anyone over 40 or 50 and what WE think, they've been indoctrinated by media and schooling. They're lost causes until some event changes millions of them in a short period of time.War is one way,the pandemic COULD have been a catalyst, but the 20somethings didn't suffer the fatalities enough to ignite a shift toward conservativism.
But Ditka and others like him are mocked on "The View"--he's good for five minutes of opening airtime--and maybe not even that.
Behar would insult him as,"another old, white man living in the past."
Her standard response.
And the younger adults listen and nod their heads.
