ATR: I worked for Deloitte & Touche for two years. I worked in the International Assignment Services group here in Dallas. I did IT work and not accounting.

It was, and probably still is, an impossibly racist organization.

It kept this parasite on its payroll even though his annual job performance review rated him as NME, or Not Meeting Expectations.

I know this, as I saw a summary of the annual job reviews on the desk of the HR assistant, Brook Lenker. She had written “Diversity” in her neat handwriting in the upper left-hand margin of a yellow legal pad. And she had underlined “Diversity” three times.

Wendell Killette was later fired by Deloitte. The reason? Sexually harassing all the women in the very small office in which I worked. What’s interesting is that he was not fired for his work performance (NME), but for sexual harassment. Oh yeah, look at his CV. Nothing but affirmative action jobs with the federal government and Fortune 1000 companies.

That’s why I’m glad the young, Asian Harvard alumnus was fired from Deloitte.

She suffered from karma, and so too did the racist Deloitte & Touche.
