"W": Just watched this video. With all the state and federal (white taxpayers') $s, why doesn't the damn city haul away all the trash? Also note the numerous late model cars in these areas. I spotted what looked like a white female along a sidewalk in the first half of the video. Maybe she "works" for some pimp.

N.S.: Black folks won't do that for the City, no matter how much you pay them.

@RaFari1119 Bee i already thought about what im saying. You comfortable people expect poor people to have no clothes, no phone, no car, no tv - only rice and beans. You people say this because ypu know nothing about their circumstances, only what you think. Then when we talk the racial component, then you don't want to hear that and say thay they put themselves in that position. Well, they put themselves in the position to get Jordan's, TV, car, etc. Who cares about the other countries! Poor is relative to each situation, as other countries are poor when compared to the us and Europe, and that was due to racism.
