    Reports of DACA and sanctuary city funding of 1 billion dollars,being added by the Dems to this bill.
    That's what they're attempting to finagle.
    Not sure if they'll be adamant about such proposals being added,as Repubs oppose those additions,or will Repubs give in--as they may not have the votes otherwise.
