Now gets an "F" rating. Their reported overhead costs of 36%, which includes salaries and personal expense accounts of the executives, are quite high.

    ONLY 36 %? That is low by my understanding of most charities. Very little money ever collected ever gets to the recipients that need it most.

    I talked to a man who knows about this stuff. He said the only two reputable charities were American Red Cross and Salvation Army. Others the administrative cost too high.
