ATR: What about Jeb!'s wife?

Seriously.

I was talking to a new client about two weeks ago.  She is an engineer for NASA at Cape Canaveral.   She said that Uncle Sam buys data from firms such as 23andME.   https://www.23andme.com   She's the ex-wife of a Navy guy.   She said that there was probably no nefarious intent, but still....   We were only talking about this because she wanted to know the origin of my surname.  I mentioned Swiss French, and then casually mentioned finding distant relatives via Ancestry.com.  By the way, she had worked on the Stingray while she was an engineer at Harris Corporation.   https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stingray_phone_tracker

ATR: So, why is Uncle Sam collecting DNA from folks in immigration custody?  Are fingerprints not sufficient to ID someone?
