Each camera will scan for faces contained in "bespoke" watch lists, which the Met says will predominantly contain individuals "wanted for serious and violent offences."
So, will the cameras scan for only blacks and Muslims?
And will this be considered "disparate impact"?
Or "racial profiling"?

It all depends on who is running the police force that has this little toy.Can you see black police chiefs using this on blackies?Or a liberally run city--and its mayor,forbidding the use of LFR on Mex(the illegals wouldn't even be able to be ID'd would they?)

I guess I should find out the name of the company who makes these devices--and buy its stock.No matter how stupid the idea,every city will want to fully cameratize its streets--even if the system is totally useless.
Remember those cameras at intersections that caught people running red lights?They received tickets by mail,fought it(mucho lawsuits over accuracy) and the cameras were mostly eliminated from further use.
