N.S.: That's godawful English. You either write, "two teenagers said they were forced to have sex with a man while his parents watched," or "two teenagers were allegedly forced to have sex with a man while his parents watched." I can guarantee you that neither complainant said she was "allegedly" forced to have sex. And there is no legal basis for the redundancy. Editors and reporters adopted the phrase "allegedly" or "accused," in order to protect themselves from defamation lawsuits by defendants who went on to beat the rap. Saying it once covers matters just fine.
