    As far as proposal one---KISS(Keep it Simple Stupid).This isn't sportswriters voting the top 20 AP college football/basketball poll--it's voting.Manipulation of votes could abound.
    The rest of the proposals are probably steered toward more liberal givernment(misspelled intentionally from government).
