This one is all over the internet--every MSM news organization from NBC to USA Today has this blasting at us.
ReplyDeleteThey seem to be inferring a white supremacist type of attitude by the homeowner--James Meyer--killing an innocent (black?)burglar who was prevented from living his life.
What Meyer said was that "I didn't know I had mortally wounded or even HIT the intruder.Later on,I saw the body and called police."
How can that be murder?
That's not even manslaughter.

If he was not aware he shot the man then it might be at worst reckless misconduct. They are overcharging as usual to get a plea bargain.
