Future NOI Members Shoot Two in Grand Rapids Drive-By—Near School (and Me)
GRPD: 2 injured in shooting on West Side Grand Rapids

GRA: I was home today around 3 p.m. when I heard the sirens start the unmistakable type of sound I know very well nowadays, in negro-infested Grand Rapids—fast-paced, high wailing—
where the siren wants you to know there’s been a shooting; then the police cars flew by en masse.
Union High School, a couple miles from me—in this first full week of school, where plenty of blacks attend—had a drive-by, with two wounded. No surprise anymore.
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Grand Rapids police say two people sustained minor injuries in a shooting on the city’s West Side Wednesday afternoon.
The shooting happened around 2:45 p.m. on Ravine Drive NW between Tremont Boulevard and Fourth Street, a couple of blocks away from Union High School and Westwood Middle School.
The Grand Rapids Police Department said the victims were in a vehicle parked on Ravine and that the shooter(s) was in a separate vehicle. A neighbor intervened to stop the gunfire.
“He did come out and he stopped this shooting … while it was going on,” GRPD Sgt. Cathy Williams said.
[GRA:I can't see how, unless he had a gun, too.]
One of the victims was found in a third vehicle several blocks away from where the shooting happened, police said. Both victims were taken to a local hospital to be treated. Their conditions weren’t known, but GRPD said the injuries appeared to be minor.
[N.S.: “Minor” gunshot wounds?
Sgt. Williams said the victims are in their mid- to late teens, though she didn’t know their precise ages. She said they are former Grand Rapids Public Schools students; no current students are believed to have been involved.
[So, why were they hanging around the school?]
“(The shooting was) so close to the school that parents might be concerned or administrators might be concerned if this was school-related. This was not school-related at all that we are able to determine so far,” Williams said.
[So, because the shooting wasn’t school-related, the bullets couldn’t hurt any students or school personnel.]
She emphasized that the shooting didn’t happen on school property and noted that it happened after school let out.
[GRA: So what? That's a technicality. Other reports say school was cancelled for the day. Either way, no one’s mentioning black gangs, are they?]
No one was in custody Wednesday afternoon and police said they weren’t yet prepared to release any suspect [sic] descriptions.
[N.S.: Suppressing descriptions of the shooters?]
Williams said GRPD was looking to pull bus surveillance video from before and after the shooting to try to find the suspects.

[N.S.: They’re not trying to find the “suspects,” they’re looking to find the shooters! This is the effect of pc on crime reporting. Whomever they arrest for the shooting will be, due to the presumption of innocence, the “suspect,” i.e., a possible shooter. But the cops aren’t interested in nabbing a possible shooter, but rather the real shooter or shooters.]

BEARS,BLACKS AND LOW INCOME HOUSING IN GRAND RAPIDS
ReplyDeleteIf you lived in a cabin,in the woods and a bear strolled onto your property once a week, grabbed one of your kids and ate the child, would you say,”This is unacceptable,” but do nothing?Or would you get rid of the bear(by trapping it or other means)?
What if this happened again, the next week?Well obviously, you DON'T let it happen twice.
The bottom line is, either YOU move from the area or YOU move the bear. The status quo is not an option.
What you definitely don’t do is bring MORE bears into the area!!!Do you think this is a simple enough allegory that our politicians can figure out now?No more low income housing.Let them go to other cities.Grand Rapids should strive for higher educated, less criminally prone individuals–and we aren’t doing that–at least our leaders are not.
They are welcoming more bears into Grand Rapids--with plenty of honey--which includes low income housing, relaxed laws for minorities and illegals, plus fines for whites being "racist".
The "bears" are licking their chops.
(I wrote and posted this locally--a few months ago.I just found it,thought I'd post it here--with a couple added sentences).

All gunshot are are by law defined as the use of lethal force. A "minor" gunshot wound is damage done by someone using lethal force.
