Sounds good--Trump,let's get on it--but with variations aimed at getting more white people to reproduce(e.g.focusing tax cuts/bonuses on couples who make more than the amount most blacks fall into).Hungary has a well designed plan.

Not too many people in Hungary anyhow. About 4 million total. Lots of room for growth.
