  1. YEP. They always mention that. A cause and effect. Temperatures are high so killings and shootings occur more regularly. The temperatures made them do it. THEM.

  2. In Detroit, they blame the increase in temperature.

    Over in Chicago, the new theory is “poverty”, and sites like Second City Cop are using the phrase “poverty crime”.
