This appears to be part of a nation wide movement. Not to prosecute low level crimes [whatever those are]. It is all the rage for the colored DA where ever they are in office. Can't send too many of the "folks" to jail.
ReplyDeleteThis one is even hard for me. Cops can fire at a fleeing felon if in the opinion of the officer at the scene the felon represents a further danger to the public at large. This Mex as far as I can determine had not anything that would have created that element of danger for the public at large.
