3 Men Sentenced In Deadly Short Hills Mall Carjacking

Here is the sentencing after plea bargains for the killers in the December 2013 carjack-murder of Dustin Friedland at a Newark, New Jersey mall.
Fairly typical for this type of crime. After initial publicity, a news blackout, with the trial, or in this case, guilty pleas several years after with little publicity.
The killers will be eligible for parole long before the 20-to-30-year sentences.
