    I thought that kind of crime was "black volunteer work".The black guy (Harris) in Chicago,was just aquitted of killing and chopping up a 2 year old.They'll have to use his defense--a winning formula until it isn't.

    No motive for the killings listed in the story.Besides sociopathy,you wonder why.Under my proposed "Vulnerablility Statute"--it'd be an automatic death penalty for both perps.
