N.S.: Felony Discon is apparently for lying on his police report to the CPD. His lies to the FBI are a separate, federal matter, as are his using the mails to send out his original hate hoax letter.

    Disorderly conduct usually is defined as any action that causes fear or alarm in another person. And how exactly is Jussie scared of what he orchestrated?
